Our company is currently moving all of our documents to SharePoint 2013. Will the new standard require revision or version levels on all controlled documents?

Will it be necessary or preferred to renumber clauses in existing documents that currently are referenced to 9001-2008? Who will be responsible for cross referencing the old and new Clauses for audit purposes?

How does one actually ask a FAQ type question?
My concern is that the ISO 9001:2015 clause that mentions the context of an organization will be hard for small companies to understand and address. Will there be some form of template or guide published to help people with complying with this and also to help auditors understand what they need to know to audit this?

Also, thanks for the forum. I am just getting into a management representative position, although I have previous experience as an internal ISO 9002 auditor. My question is: how does ISO relate to or reference safety? Is there specific references and requirements in the new ISO9001:2015 standard?
